Aluminium may be considered as an alternative to stainless steel and some other heavier metals and it maintains its durability.

Common thicknesses available are: 1mm /1.5mm /2mm /3mm . Other thicknesses are available by special order. We engrave and paint fill in any colour that is required.

Our cable identification tags/markers are available in two types:

Engraved & Embossed. Engraved cable identification tags are made from PVC, stainless steel or aluminium. Embossed 316 stainless steel cable markers incorporate raised sections to allow fixing with stainless steel cable ties or plastic cable ties onto cables. The markers are resistant to chemicals, UV exposure and high temperatures.

Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave or mark an object. The technique does not involve the use of links nor does it involve tool bits which contact the engraving surface. Laser engraving produces a mark that is crisp, clean and permanent. Lasers are also faster than may conventional methods of product imprinting, providing greater versatility in material choices. The same machine can also cut through thin materials as well as engrave on them. We can laser engraved on a variety of materials as well as engrave on them. We can laser engraved on a variety of amterials and products.

Mimic diagrams/fascia panels can be manufactured from a variety of materials including stainless steel, anodised aluminium, metal photo aluminium, traffolite, PVC and acrylic with reverse engraving being the most versatile. It is often the most popular choice with options for colours and logos being almost endless. All mounting holes or ”cuts-outs” are CNC machined in house to ensure repeatability and accuracy. We can typically machine to a tolerance of 0.1mm in both diameter and depth.
